Struggle and strife

Simmer and boil

Love and hate

Water and oil.

You despise me for what you lack

Constantly guarded

And on attack

Closed mind, open mouth

Lack of understanding

I am north and you are south.

I’m calling the game

On a technicality;

Rise and fall

No sign of reality.

Gigs up, times run out

Heading for the gate

Stay in, I’m out.
