Celine Dion has announced to take some time off to take care of her sick husband, Rene Angelil. She has cancelled her Asian Tour and postponed the Vegas shows to be able to be with her husband and kids.
Rene had been diagnosed with malignant tumor in his throat, which was removed. It has been a very difficult and stressful time for the couple. Now
Celine's priority is to focus towards Rene's recovery. Rene Angelil has been Celine's Manager for 30 years before he retired.
Celine has known her husband Rene Angelil for many years.
They met in 1980, when Celine was 12 years old and Rene was 38. They started falling for each other and having a relationship in 1987. Celine and Rene have been together ever since. They get married on 17th of December 1994 in Quebec and renewed their wedding vows in 2000, in Vegas.
